I remember watching this movie maybe back in 2004-ish. It involves a bunch of warriors, one has a huge hammer, i remember and they all die near the end. It stars some guy who gets amnesia i think and he gains his powers back when he makes a ball of water in a barrel. The movie ends with him pushing the bad general guy off into a pile of spikes. Mortal Kombat.
Well, the villain is called Shao Kan. He takes the souls of any of the losers. He invites warriors to fight in this island. There is Johnny Cash (the actor), Red Sonja, the hero Lou, then the girls who wears shorts who kills the guy with an eye patch. And as for the water bucket scene there are these two ugly ninja type guys. One can freeze with these blasts from his hands. The other (called Scorpion) has a snake coming out of his hand. He fights Cash. In the last scene Lou and Shao Kan fight in a hall where there are spikes on the floor.
