Is there any game like Amnesia only more real like with an average murder chasing you?

Something that really has a terrifying atmosphere like Amnesia but also has a kind a horror movie chase scene, running from a murderer or something.. kinda putting you in the role of something like in the Friday the 13th movies?Is there any game like Amnesia only more real like with an average murder chasing you?
I found Condemned: Criminal Origins (Xbox 360) had that kind of psycho killer vibe, especially the final fight with X. That whole game kinda creeped me out; the second one, not so much.



Clock Tower 3 (PS2) is another game where your main defense is running and hiding from enemies. Haunting Ground, also PS2, was supposed to be similar (haven't played it myself, though).



Don't forget to check out the Penumbra Trilogy, which was made by the same people as Amnesia. The third game's a bit out of place, but the first two are right up there in scare factor.Is there any game like Amnesia only more real like with an average murder chasing you?
Dark Fall: Lost Souls 3 has the same haunting atmosphere, the same sense of isolation, aloneness, and danger. But it may not be exactly what you're looking for. Amnesia set a precedence with its plot and gameplay style, so it will be difficult to find similar games in retrospect. But who knows, maybe in the future games like the one you described will be more prevalent.

I'd reccomend silent hill 2 %26amp; 3 if you want atmosphere. There's a chase scene in silent hill 2 that's pretty scary. Also, Haunting Ground and the Clock Tower series are all about hiding and running away from scary people.
