Here's a little trivia for you. My daughter and I watched this movie this weekend on AMC and we can't stop calling everything "cockadoodie". Misery. In that scene, Kathy Bates character, Annie, is complaining to Paul Shelton that in "Misery Returns," the character Misery was saved before being buried which contradicts the ending of the last novel. To further illustrate how this "cheats" the audience, Annie tells a story of her favorite chapter play character Rocket Man who in one cliffhanger was trapped in a car and crashed to his death. However, the next episode shows how he escaped before the car crashed and burned. Showing her displeasure with the portrayal of the events, Annie stood up in the theater and yelled that quote over the cheering fans.
