There's a man who has amnesia (or is just stupid), his wife and everyone around him are actually actors trying to convince him he's a millionaire. There's a scene where the man enters a yodeling contest with his supposed wife. In this scene the woman realizes she is falling for the guy. In the end the woman trys to help the guy because the other peolpe are trying to kill him. Yeah, it's a chick-flick.

I think it's "GREEDY" released in 1994 starring Michael J. Fox as the nephew of a aging single Millionaire played by veteran actor, Kirk Douglas. The Millionaire basically begins to take interest in a MUCH younger lady who is his nurse and the rest of the family scramble to try and get into his "good books" so they inherit the money instead and plan to use Michael J. Fox's character to make it happen and without givin' too much away some actors are used by the family to play parts to fool the Millionaire into giving the money over to the family members.
Funny movie...love the ending.
